Strawberry Vinaigrette + Salad
There's nothing better than a homemade vinaigrette!

Ingredientes
- ounces California Giant strawberries, stems removed, quartered
- just enough water to to cover the strawberries
- teaspoon microplaned ginger
- tablespoons strawberry consomme
- tablespoon Champagne vinegar
- tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- teaspoons dijon mustard
- kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste
- head of butter leaf lettuce, leaves trimmed and left whole
- California Giant strawberries, thinly sliced
- english cucumber, thinly sliced
