- Beef Chuck, cubed
- thick cut Bacon, diced
- Carrot, diced
- large Onion, diced
- Red Pepper, diced
- Garlic, minced
- Thyme
- Red Wine
- Potatoes, peeled and cubed
- Potato, peeled and finely grated
- large heirloom Tomatoes, diced
- Hungarian Paprika
- Tomato paste
- Beef stock
- flat leaf Parsley, chopped
- Kosher Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Sour cream
