- kilo sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2cm chunks
- Lurpak® Slightly Salted Butter
- chilli paste
- ground cumin
- Zest of 1 lime
- salt and black pepper
- Small handful of fresh parsley, roughly chopped
- Small handful of fresh coriander, roughly chopped
