Ingredients
- Milk — 500 ml
- Eggs — 3 pcs
- Salt
- Smoked paprika
- Vegetable oil — 2.5 tbsp
- All-purpose flour — 290 g
- Sausage
- Cheese
- Fresh herbs (dill or parsley)
Steps
- In a large bowl whisk the eggs with half of the milk, the vegetable oil, salt and smoked paprika until smooth, then stir in the flour to make a thick batter.
- Gradually add the remaining milk while stirring until the batter is pourable and smooth.
- Fold in the grated sausage, grated cheese and chopped fresh herbs so they are evenly distributed in the batter.
- Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and spread slightly; cook until the underside is golden and set, then flip and cook the second side until golden.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked pancakes on a plate. Serve hot.
