Blueberry Lemon Delight
This blueberry lemon delight might be my new favorite summer dessert. Also known as a "lush", with layers of Graham cracker crust, lemon cheesecake, blueberry pie filling and whipped cream, it's a delight!

- zest of 2 lemons
