- long grain white rice
- duck liver
- cleaned duck gizzard, finely chopped
- duck hearts, finely chopped
- pulled duck meat, rough chopped
- duck stock
- vegetable oil
- yellow onion, chopped
- green bell pepper, chopped
- celery, chopped
- of garlic, minced
- whole bay leaves
- bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- parsley, fine chopped
- Salt and pepper
