- canned evaporated milk PLUS regular milk to equal 2 cups
- egg yolks
- orange juice
- gram dessert topping mix
- milk PLUS 1/2 tsp vanilla to make dessert topping
- mini tart shells baked
- baking soda
- baking powder
- grams white Crisco vegetable shortening
- grams yellow Crisco vegetable shortening
- small egg
- tsps vinegar PLUS COLD WATER to make 1 cup
