Ingredients

  • Falafel — 12 pcs
  • Tahini — 0.25 cup
  • Water — 0.25 cup
  • Lemon Juice — 2 tbsp
  • Garlic — 2 pcs
  • Paprika — 0.25 tsp
  • Pita Bread — 6 pcs
  • Lettuce — 1 pcs
  • Tomato — 1 pcs
  • Cucumber — 0.5 pcs
  • Dill Pickles — 1 pcs
  • Red Onions — 0.25 pcs
  • Harissa Spice — 3 tsp

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Place falafel on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven until heated through, 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. While falafel bake, whisk tahini, water, lemon juice, garlic, and paprika together in a bowl.
  4. Cut about 1 inch from the top of each pita to form a pocket. Add 2 falafel to each pita with equal amounts lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pickle, and red onion. Drizzle each with about 1 tablespoon tahini sauce and some harissa.
