Ingredients
- Beetroot — 3 pcs
- Olive Oil — 4 tbsp
- Chicken Stock Cube — 1 pcs
- Water — 6 cup
- Potatoes — 3 pcs
- Cannellini Beans — 1 pcs
- Dill
Steps
- Chop the beetroot, add water and stock cube and cook for 15mins.
- Add the other ingredients and boil until soft.
- Finally add the beans and cook for 5mins.
- Serve in the soup pot.
