Croatian Bean Stew

Ingredients

• Cannellini Beans — 2 pcs
• Vegetable Oil — 3 tbsp
• Tomatoes — 2 cup
• Challots — 5 pcs
• Garlic — 2 pcs
• Parsley
• Chorizo — 0.5 kg

Steps

1. Heat the oil in a pan.
2. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté until tender.
3. Take a pot, empty the beans together with the vegetables into it, put the sausages inside and cook for further 20 minutes on a low heat.
4. Or, put it in an oven and bake it at a temperature of 180ºC/350ºF for 30 minutes.
5. This dish is even better reheated the next day.
