Ingredients
- Sour Cream — 0.25 cup
- Chopped Onion — 2 tbsp
- Dried Oregano — 0.5 tbsp
- Salt — 0.25 tsp
- Bread — 8 pcs
- Bacon — 8 pcs
- Tomato — 8 pcs
- Mozzarella — 4 pcs
- Butter — 2.5 tbsp
Steps
- In a small bowl, combine the first four ingredients; spread on four slices of bread. Layer with bacon, tomato and cheese; top with remaining bread.
- In a large skillet or griddle, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Toast sandwiches until lightly browned on both sides and cheese is melted, adding butter if necessary.
