Kiwi Kale Leather

6 Kiwi, peeled 2 cups Kale 3 Bananas 1/8 cup Water 6 Medjool Dates, pitted 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Wash all produce well. Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Evenly pour mixture approximately 1/8” thick onto Paraflexx® lined Excalibur Dehydrator trays. Dehydrate at 135ºF for approximately 10 hours or until leather
