- Knorr Herb Infusion Stock Pot
- olive oil
- neck of lamb - cut into 16 pieces
- unsalted butter
- baby leeks - blanched and refreshed in cold water
- baby carrots - blanched and refreshed in cold water
- large spring onion bulbs - blanched and refreshed in cold water
- peas - blanched and refreshed in cold water
- a couple of bay leaves
- a few sprigs of thyme
- a dash of gravy browning
