Irish Hand Pies
Whether it's Empanadas or Natchitoches Meat Pies, we love flaky pastry wrapped hand pies. In this version, we use our Shepherd's Pie filling to fill these tasty, handy pies. Store bought pie crusts work great, but you may want to try your hand (heh) at homemade Flaky Pie Crust. Either way, this recipe is a great way to celebrate and feed a crowd!
