Peach melba
A classic among summer ice cream recipes: Peach Melba (or Melba cup). Invented in 1894 by chef Auguste Escoffier in honor of the singer Nellie Melba, this refreshing and indulgent dessert will delight us for dessert. Simple scoops of vanilla ice cream paired with fresh or canned peaches. Not to forget the whipped cream and raspberry sauce of course ;-)
