- sugar
- large egg yolks
- tablespoon + 1 teaspoon dry active yeast
- Swans Down® Cake Flour
- teaspoons salt
- ounces unsalted butter, room temperature
- large egg, well beaten, for egg wash
- Filling
- tablespoon ground cinnamon
- light brown sugar
- tablespoon Swans Down® Cake Flour
- Glaze
- confectioners’ sugar
- teaspoon almond extract
- to 2 1/2 tablespoons water
- Purple, green and gold sugar for sprinkling
