Aerated chocolate sponge
Most of my recipes don't require any specialist equipment but I have to include this amazing microwave sponge. It's impressive included in a dessert as seen in the photo.You will need a 0.25L espuma gun (whip cream maker) and two NC02 gas cartridges and a paper cup with a few holes pocked in the bottom.
