Raspberry Cream Roulade

Ingredients

• large eggs, separated
• salt
• tablespoon water
• tablespoons sugar
• all-purpose flour
• can raspberry pie filling
• heavy whipping cream, whipped and refrigerated
• package cream cheese, softened
• granulated sugar
• tablespoon pure vanilla extract
• to 3 pints fresh raspberries, rinsed, and air-dried
• Confectioners' sugar, for garnish
