Kumquat Marmalade is bit tangy in taste with a bright color, to make this delicious tangy Kumquat marmalade preserve with tart kumquat fruits. I didn't even know what a kumquat was until I moved here in the USA and I discovered them in one of the local farmers market. Now I love using them for marmalade.
