Malay-Style Wok Noodles
This Indonesian street food favourite translates to “noodles, fried”. The dish is equal parts sweet, salty and umami and is versatile enough that you can use whatever veg and protein you like. Our version features tofu and veg in a sticky, sweet & savoury sauce, topped with a fried egg and drizzled with Ketjap (or Kecap) Manis, an Indonesian sweet soy sauce.
