Ingredients
- Double pie crusts
- large apples, cored, peeled, and sliced into 1/2-inch slices
- fresh or frozen cranberries
- granulated sugar
- tablespoons cornstarch
- teaspoons ground cinnamon
- teaspoon ground cloves
- teaspoon ground nutmeg
- box Odense Almond Paste
- tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cubed
- Egg wash: 1 large egg beaten with 1 tablespoon milk
- Optional: Coarse sugar for sprinkling
