- thick spears of asparagus, very thinly sliced
- ounces goat cheese , rolled into 4 balls and allowed to warm up to room temperat
- tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- teaspoon toasted fennel seeds
- tablespoons mayonnaise
- teaspoons lemon juice
- very finely cut zest of 1/2 lemon
- chive blossoms
