- medium garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- pound hot or sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
- teaspoons ground fennel
- teaspoon red pepper flakes
- dry white wine
- drained Peppadew peppers, finely chopped
- pound Swiss or rainbow chard, stems sliced ½ inch thick and leaves roughly chopp
