Easy Apple Sauce

Ingredients

• Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, diced
• cold water
• tablespoons = 40ml = 8 teaspoons/sticks Natvia
• mixed spice
• OR option: omit if using as butter / egg substitute in plain cakes
• OR option: if you like the taste of cloves and cinnamon, then increase this to 2
• OR make your own spice mix using 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon cloves and 1/
• OR 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp ground Pimento=Allspice
• butter
