These sweet little pinch cookies make for a lovely presentation and a most delicious treat. We employed our one-two extract punch to this cookie batter. Using both Pure Vanilla and Almond Extracts delivers tons of complimentary flavor for the dollop of strawberry jam filling. Pizzicati! Fun to say.
