Rosemary Thyme Beet Chips
3 Beets 1 tbsp Dried Rosemary 1 tbsp Dried Thyme 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Pepper Wash beets well. Use mandoline to slice beets into approximately 1/4 inch thick slices. Add beets and all other ingredients to a large bowl. Mix and make sure beets are well coated with seasonings. Marinate
