Corn Dog Recipe

Corn Dog is a popular American dish, generally known as a street food or a carnival food. It is basically a sausage (also known as dog) - red or white meat - which is coated in a cornmeal batter and fried on a stick. This dish is widely consumed during the celebrations on the streets in America. The fried cornmeal batter on the outside, while the soft and tender sausage in the inside makes this a truly delicious and lip-smacking dish. Traditionally, it is served on a stick with ketchup and mustard. But sometimes the street-food vendors try to create a new type of hot dog by serving this on a hot dog bun. However it is best enjoyed when served with coleslaw, ketchup or mustard sauce.
