Citrus Wojapi Smoked Whole Chicken: The First Time We Tried It

We'd been using Original Wojapi on everything but hadn't touched the Citrus Blend yet. One weekend we grabbed a whole chicken, coated it heavy, and threw it on the Traeger just to see what would happen. What came off that grill had the most beautiful mahogany crust we'd ever seen on a bird. We looked at each other and knew — this was going to be a regular thing.
