Parker House Rolls

The Parker House roll, named for the Boston hotel where it was invented, is the quintessential American roll. It's easily recognized by its folded top, which conceals a pat of butter. You can also make this dough ahead of time, freeze it, and bake them off as needed; I call them, Brown & Serve. You're welcome. This recipe first appeared in Season 14 of Good Eats.
