Easy brown beef stew
A great warming recipe for when it’s still pretty cold outside, you can whip it up early in the morning, and allow it to slowly bubble away all day, and enjoy it with family and friends after all of the festivities and celebrations are done

- of round steak cubed about 3cm cubes
- of onion chopped
- of carrot chopped
- of stick of Celery
- of flour spread on a small plate or bowl, well seasoned with salt and pepper.
- of tomato Puree.
- Sprig of of thyme, rosemary, bayleaf
- g of Folláin Caramelised Onion Relish
- of olive oil
- of beef or chicken stock or water
