- lbs boneless lean lamb stew meat cut into 1 inch cubes
- onion
- carrots
- white potatoes
- large boxes of chicken broth
- of vegetable oil
- teaspoon of olive oil
- large onion diced thinly
- Tablespoon of Rosemary
- salt to taste
- of all purpose flour
- of carrots
- bay leaves
- of garlic or 1 TBS
- of frozen peas /I leave mine out
- stalks of celery
- salt and pepper to taste
- Italian parsley to garnish
