- ounces Provolone cheese
- ounces genoa salami
- ounces sandwich sized pepperoni
- ounces Capicola ham
- slices mozzarella cheese
- tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- tablespoons chopped pickled hot peppers
- tablespoons sliced black olives
- olive oil
- dried oregano or Italian seasoning
