- chopped celery
- eggs
- pounds lean ground beef
- tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- seasoned bread crumbs
- small slices of a celery stick, or you can use a black olive - this will be used
- For the Sauce
- ketchup
- packed brown sugar
- teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
