- wholegrain mustard
- greek yoghurt
- garlic cloves, crushed
- salt
- lemon, juiced
- skinless boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite sized chunks
- red peppers, cut into bite sized chunks
- red onions, peeled, quartered and separated
