Curried Cauliflower Soup Recipe

Ingredients

• tablespoons olive oil, coconut oil or ghee
• onion, rough chopped
• medium-large apple, rough chopped
• garlic cloves, rough chopped
• tablespoons fresh ginger, rough chopped
• medium head cauliflower, chopped small
• veggie broth
• teaspoon yellow curry powder
• teaspoon coriander
• teaspoon turmeric
• teaspoon salt

• a squeeze of lime or orange juice is nice too
