- new potatoes, washed and scrubbed
- butter for potatoes
- tablespoons rapeseed oil
- good quality pork sausages
- tub of crème fraîche
- vegetable stock
- Garden Peas 375g frozen peas
- bunch of spring onions, trimmed and diced
- tablespoon cornflour mixed with a little cold water to a thick paste, to thicken
- small bunch of fresh chives, chopped
- of nutmeg for potatoes
- sea salt and black pepper
