Mini Crawfish Boil

Ingredients

• Cajun seafood seasoning , plus more to serve
• garlic, grated
• lbs live crawfish
• chicken sausages
• small red potatoes, halved
• yellow onions, peeled and cut into eighths
• ears of corn, husks removed and cut into thirds
• small bunch of flat leaf parsley, chopped
• scallions, thinly sliced
• Lemon wedges to serve
