- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- egg yolk, lightly beaten
- TBS Cajun Seasoning
- TBS plus 2 tsp Melissa’s Garlic Blend Seasoning, or your favorite season all
- panko breadcrumbs
- fine breadcrumbs
- flour
