Amazing Enchiladas-paired recipe
PAIRS WITH PESTO CHICKEN Double the chicken when you make Pesto Chicken and you will have a great head start here! (Not pairing see end.) So many enchiladas are swimming in cheese, but these save that just for the top and make good use of creamy, plain yogurt to give you that decadent texture and taste. Reduce the chilis for delicate pallets, or add some more for the hearty. The ingredient prep is easy, but I've included a short video to show the "put together" part just in case you haven't done it for awhile, or ever.
