Lechon Paksiw
Growing up as a kid, this is one of our favorite dishes on Sunday night. My grandfather was a « lechoneroand my dad that cooks them for dinner !

Ingredients
- about 1 kilo of lechon
- big onion sliced
- of garlic, peeled and chopped
- bay leaves
- about half a teaspoon of black pepper coarsely grounded
- some salt
- half a cup of lechon sauce
- tablespoons of vinegar
- tablespoon of sugar
- half a cup of water
- some cooking oil
