This soup is made with homemade turkey broth, but you can sub in your favourite stock if you do not feel like making your own!

- sprigs fresh rosemary
- sprigs fresh thyme
- head garlic
- salt and pepper
- lbs little potatoes
- lbs leftover turkey meat
- to 16 cups homemade turkey broth
- olive oil
- garlic, minced
- celery stalks, trimmed and sliced
- sweet red pepper, diced
- carrots, diced
- leek, washed, trimmed, and diced
- onions, diced
- small can corn
- sprig sage leaves
