- large pieces chicken skin
- teaspoon Creole seasoning, divided
- teaspoon cayenne pepper
- hard cooked eggs, peeled
- tablespoons Blue Plate Mayonnaise
- teaspoon Dijon mustard, or to taste
- teaspoon smoked paprika
- Dill sprigs or thinly sliced green onion tops, for garnish
