- onion, peeled and halved
- garlic cloves, peeled

- potatoes , chopped into large chunks
- pumpkin, chopped into large chunks
- carrots, quartered
- cherry tomatoes
- optional: and any other vegetables e.g. peas, spinach, mushrooms, etc
- lamb steaks, diced
- generous sprinkle of Mixed Herbs
- tablespoon of ThermoFun Tomato Paste
- TM vegetable stock concentrate
- water
- salt & pepper, to taste
- sheets puff pastry
- egg, for pie tops
