Turkey gravy
The most delicious homemade turkey gravy you'll ever have. This is the only way I make it for Christmas Day.

Ingredients
- chicken wings
- Turkey neck and giblets
- brown onion, quartered
- carrots, roughly chopped
- sticks of celery, roughly chopped
- leek, roughly chopped
- mushrooms
- chicken stock
- brandy
- cornflour made into a slurry with 1 tbsp cold water
