I don`t know for sure whether this is the tastiest Pastitsio but I do know I can`t eat just 1 serving of it.

- tomatoes - 1 jar, sterilized
- onions - 1 head
- red wine - 2 - 3 tbsp

- flour - 2 - 3 tbsp
- milk - 2 cups
- butter - 3 1/3 tbsp
