- lard - 1 cup, softened pork
- sugar - 1 glass
- eggs - 1
- vanilla - 1
- lemon rinds - and orange
- orange juice - 3 tbsp
- yoghurt - 4 tbsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- ammonium bicarbonate - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 1/3 cups
- powdered sugar - for sprinkling
- chocolate spread - melted
- sugar sprinkles - or pearls, for decoration
