Seoul Special
This meaty mashup is a blend of an old San Francisco diner classic from the '20s called Joe's Special and a recipe from the other side of the Pacific that shares many of its ingredients: bibimbap. It's a late-night nosh I call Seoul Special, and it goes a little something like this. This recipe first appeared in Season 1 of Good Eats: Reloaded.
