Ingredients
- Jelly powder — 85 g
- Cottage cheese — 350 g
- Boiled water — 300 ml
Steps
- Add the jelly powder to the just‑boiled water and stir until completely dissolved.
- Add the cottage cheese to the dissolved jelly, then blend with a hand blender until light and completely smooth.
- Divide the mixture between serving molds or glasses.
- Refrigerate until the dessert is fully set, then serve chilled.
