Ingredients

  • Jelly powder — 85 g
  • Cottage cheese — 350 g
  • Boiled water — 300 ml

Steps

  1. Add the jelly powder to the just‑boiled water and stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Add the cottage cheese to the dissolved jelly, then blend with a hand blender until light and completely smooth.
  3. Divide the mixture between serving molds or glasses.
  4. Refrigerate until the dessert is fully set, then serve chilled.
