Apricot & Turkish delight mess

Ingredients

• Mascarpone — 100 g
• Greek Yogurt — 50 g
• Icing Sugar — 25 g
• Orange Blossom Water — 2 tbsp
• Meringue Nests — 1 pcs
• Apricot — 3 pcs
• Turkish Delight — 2 pcs
• Almonds — 25 g
• Mint — 4 pcs

Steps

1. Place the mascarpone, yogurt, sugar and orange flower water into a large bowl and whisk until thickened.
2. Fold the remaining ingredients through, then divide the mix between 2 dessert glasses or bowls and decorate with extra mint, if you like.
