• sheets store-bought frozen puff pastry sheets, partially thawed
• small apple, skin on, cored, cut into 12 wedges
• finely grated zest of ½ orange
• tablespoon caster sugar
• teaspoon mixed spice
• tablespoons dried cranberries, finely chopped
• egg, whisked
• teaspoon cinnamon sugar
• Nutella
• Fresh raspberries and mint leaves, to decorate
